MEET YOUR FRENCH TUTOR AND HOST

Bonjour et bienvenue chez moi !

My name is Françoise, I’m a native French woman, but I’ve traveled to many places in my life. I am fluent in English and have a teaching degree from the Sorbonne.  

I lived in New Orleans where I started teaching French, a few years later I moved to Indonesia and then travelled throughout Asia. Back in Paris, I worked for different schools : l’Institut Catholique, Campus Langues, Cartus, Elysées Langues…..giving private and group lessons. 

But I wanted to work differently, so I created “Vivre en Français”.

It was an original approach to teaching French, with a specific program especially designed for foreign women living in Paris who needed to improve their French quickly and integrate into their new environment. I offered practical and interactive French lessons enabling my students to practice their French in real-life situations by interacting with French people and learn to feel at home in Paris. 

That quickly and naturally led me to start immersion homestay programs.

As a very experienced teacher, I can assure you that the best way to learn the French language and culture is from the inside.
